How to convert/decrypt .ESD to .ISO file

This is a tutorial on how to convert Windows 8 .ESD file to .ISO/.WIM file.

.ESD file is the encrypted file after you have downloaded Windows 10.  This tool can decrypt the file save it to bootable .ISO.
